Children playing are enjoying themselves enormously. And the more they are moving their bodies the more fun they get. This changes with age: Exercise gets less and less linked with fun. Many women over 40 do not like to go to a gym or do any form of physical activity, what makes it challenging for them to lose weight permanently.
